Sales Conditions


All purchases are subject to the provisions of the legislative decrees 206/2005 and 70/2003, dictated in respect of distance contracts and e-commerce.

Terms of Sale: The articles in the virtual catalog of the Online Store by SEDES GROUP SRL can be purchased under the following conditions.

1) Before buying, we recommend the following:

Please read the technical characteristics of the product in the listing, better still wondering informations to make the purchase fully meets your needs.The inserted picture has been carefully chosen to provide an indication as much as possible corresponding to reality of the product for sale. The picture accompanying the description of a product may not be fully representative in detail but differ in dimension.

2) Acceptance / Conclusion of contract

The purchase is processed through the following stages:

* By placing an order, the client sends to the legal representative of SEDES GROUP SRL a purchase proposal of the product or products selected. The sending of the purchase consent to receive the following communications, aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract.

* Our company reserves the sole right to accept or to refuse the proposed purchase by the customer.

* Our company will then deliver the product to the courier responsible for carrying out the delivery address. The payment used is that chosen on-line by the customer at the time of purchase.

3) Payment method:

* Bank transfer

* Payment by Credit Card or Paypal

* We reserve the right to control the holder of the credit card with a copy of the identity card sent by fax or e-mail by the customer. Once we receive payment confirmation and only after prior control of the customer data we will make the shipment. Delivery will be made in the manner described in the Italian territory or European address specified by the customer. We reserve the right, prior to shipment of the goods, to request any information that may verify the accuracy and consistency of data delivery indicated in the order of the customer. We accept no responsibility and no additional expense on the fate of the expedition and the fate of the goods in the event of bad or incomplete address supplied.

4) Delivery goods:

Delivery is at street level. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, check:

1) The number of packages delivered corresponds to that given in the accompanying document.

2) The identity and quality of the products, if indicated on the packaging, are the same as indicated on the invoice.

3) The packaging is not damaged or wet or otherwise altered.

4) The Shipping Invoice or Bubble, contained in an envelope attached to the outside of one of the hills, or delivered by courier or sent by e-mail, should be preserved.

5) The mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, such as the loss or damage, must be immediately reported to the carrier, in extreme cases refusing delivery.

ATTENTION: Check the package carefully upon receipt. If the package appears bruised, wet or present any other abnormality (eg closed with tape carrier package) must be immediately reported in the Bulletin of courier indicating: subject to control commodity and describe the exterior damage or anomalies (details). Without such information we will not be able to activate the insurance claim for compensation in the event that the product by opening the package contents is missing or damaged.

5) Exemption of Liability:

Our company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that the customer may incur in connection to the negligent use of the product or manumission of it, including compensation for delays in delivery or for reasons of force majeure, such as also in the case that the product can not be subject to maintenance and repair in time, after the end of the guarantee.

6) Return policy:

The right of withdrawal is regulated by law if the client-consumer is a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does the purchase order form indicating a VAT number, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right, the customer will have to send to notice within 14 working days with effect from the date of delivery of the goods. Note: may not exercise the right to cancel customers who purchase with VAT.

7) Conditions for withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

• The purchased goods must be returned intact and in original packaging did not contain written of any kind made by the customer or damaged, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation or manuals). To limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it in another box on which to write down the sender, recipient and possibly all of the information or any symbology useful to avoid damage to the courier; should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original packaging of the product;

• Shipping, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer;

The shipping costs for returning the goods shall be exclusively borne by the customer;

PARCEL ADDRESSED TO HEATING ELEMENT SHOP will be refused and returned to the sender.

• Our company is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

8) When the claim of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and/or its contents), in those cases it is established:

• Using part of the property and any supplies;

• The lack of external and/or internal packaging;

• The absence of integral elements of the product;

• Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation;

In the case above, we will return to sender the property purchased by charging the same shipping costs;

So he urges to make the purchase if and only if you are convinced of the product and all its features. Restore a packaging without damaging it or bring it back to its original state is an operation which can sometimes be very difficult. A packing is not returned to its original state may mean that the item is damaged during transit forever. Which implies the loss of the right to a refund of the money.

9) Time of refund to the customer:

Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, we will refund the customer the full amount paid for the product within 14 days of return of goods by following the transfer of the amount charged to the credit card or refund via Paypal or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the Buyer shall promptly provide to the bank on which the reimbursement (IBAN code of the invoice).

10) Defective material:

If a product proves defective sent, our company is committed to fully replace it only after verifying the reported malfunction.
The goods can be rendered within 10 days after receiving the package.
In any case, the cost of shipping the defective equipment to verify is under the responsibility of the customer.

15) Place of jurisdiction of disputes:

The contract of sale between the customer and SEDES GROUP SRL is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the settlement of disputes arising from the conclusion of the sales contract at a distance, the local jurisdiction is that of the court of residence of the consumer, in all other cases where not detect the quality of the consumer, the territorial competence is exclusively that of Treviso.
